TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICECLAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
